Knoxville, Tenn. — On 10th June the Southeastern Conference and broadcast partners announced television windows and preliminary kickoff slots for the 2026 college football season, assigning confirmed start times for several matchups and designating early, afternoon, flex and night windows. Tennessee and Texas were given a noon ET kickoff for Sept. 26, while other teams received a mix of confirmed times and flexible windows. Gainesville, Columbia and Athens reporters noted that the SEC will finalize exact start times no later than six days before each game, prompting schools, broadcasters and travel planners to adjust logistics. Kentucky, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina have already published or received window assignments and specific confirmed starts for select games, such as South Carolina’s Sept. 19 kickoff at 4:15 p.m. ET.
