On June 1, 2026, U.S.-based artificial intelligence company Anthropic, PBC announced it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 to the Securities and Exchange Commission, initiating the process for a U.S. initial public offering of its common stock. The company has not yet disclosed the share count or price range. However, bankers and institutional analysts expect a post-listing valuation exceeding $1 trillion, which would rank among the largest technology IPOs in history. The filing follows Anthropic’s May 28, 2026 Series H round, which raised $65 billion and valued the firm at $965 billion, surpassing rival OpenAI’s valuation.
