In the United States, Elon Musk has recently held internal discussions about potentially merging SpaceX and Tesla into a single corporate entity, according to multiple people cited by CNBC. The talks come just weeks before SpaceX is scheduled to list on Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX, following its May 20, 2026 S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Reuters reports the company aims to launch its IPO roadshow on June 4, with pricing as early as June 11 and trading as early as June 12, seeking to raise about $75 billion at up to a $1.75 trillion valuation.
