COLUMBIA, S.C. State lawmakers will begin a full House airing Monday on proposed congressional map changes after a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling that reduced certain Voting Rights Act protections; Republican leaders aim to redraw districts in ways that could yield a Republican clean sweep of the state's seven U.S. House seats and target the seat held by Rep.
