American Realty Investors Inc. reported a first-quarter loss of $551,000 on Thursday, or a $0.03 per-share loss, with revenue of $12.3 million; the company’s shares have declined 18% year-to-date and gained 9% over the last 12 months. Valvoline provided full-year earnings guidance of $1.65 to $1.75 per share.
