San Jose, United States: On April 28 Super Micro Computer, Inc. announced its largest U.S. Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) campus near its San Jose headquarters, describing approximately 32.8 acres and more than 714,000 square feet as its fourth Bay Area site and pledging hundreds of new U.S. positions. This week the company additionally disclosed on April 29 an expanded DCBBS portfolio that includes Arm AGI CPU-based server platforms and OCP ORv3-compliant rack offerings; company statements indicate the combined measures are intended to expand domestic production, support AI and HPC workloads, and increase deployment flexibility for cloud and enterprise customers.
