Frankfort, Ky. Lt. Gov. Jacqueline Coleman announced Monday she is running for governor in 2027, speaking at the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History; she cited her record as the state's 58th lieutenant governor, her background as an educator and nonprofit founder, and her priorities of education and mental-health access.
