Kansas City, Mo. — Anthony Kay earned his first major-league win since July 2021 on Thursday, allowing three hits over 5 2/3 innings with six strikeouts as the Chicago White Sox defeated the Kansas City Royals 2-0 at Kauffman Stadium, supported by Seranthony Domínguez's save.
