BOSTON, Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum returned to play Friday, nearly ten months after rupturing his right Achilles tendon during last May’s playoffs. The team officially upgraded him from sidelined to questionable on Thursday and then available ahead of the home game versus the Dallas Mavericks. Celtics president Brad Stevens said Tatum would return only when physically and mentally ready.
