St. Cloud Police found 22-year-old Hallie Marie Tobler dead Saturday and her husband, 23-year-old Dylan Michael Tobler, injured following a reported medical emergency at their apartment. Investigators said Tobler died of multiple stab wounds and they believe her husband inflicted the injuries before wounding himself. The husband was hospitalized in stable condition and remains in police custody; authorities said the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting.
