St. Cloud Police found 22-year-old Hallie Marie Tobler dead Saturday and her husband, 23-year-old Dylan Michael Tobler, injured following a reported medical emergency at their apartment. Investigators said Tobler died of multiple stab wounds and they believe her husband inflicted the injuries before wounding himself.
