U.S. forces boarded and seized another oil tanker in the Caribbean before dawn Friday, U.S. Southern Command said, as the Trump administration continues targeting sanctioned ships traveling to and from Venezuela. U.S. Marines and Navy personnel conducted the operation amid a monthslong buildup in the region. Announcing the seizure of the vessel, identified as the Olina, Southern Command declared "there is no safe haven for criminals."
