John Anderson, the Grammy‑nominated country singer known for “Swingin’” and “Seminole Wind,” died this week at age 71. No cause of death was disclosed. The 71‑year‑old artist had a career spanning nearly 50 years, released more than 20 studio albums, earned three Grammy nominations, and was elected to the Country Music Hall of Fame in early 2024.
