DOVER, USA. Sunrise New Energy announced this week that its Guizhou subsidiary secured multiple supply contracts, patents and government funding advancing solid-state and fast-charging anode materials. The company signed a $30 million, 10,000-ton annual supply agreement with Guizhou Jiaying on Dec. 2, and a $15.1 million, 5,000-ton contract with Pylontech on Dec. 5. On Dec. 4–5 the firm received two patents for lithium cerate-coated graphite and a silicon-carbon fast-charging method and obtained a $345,000 pilot-project grant from Guizhou authorities.
