A senior Ukrainian delegation will meet US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff in Florida on Sunday to discuss Washington’s peace plan for ending Russia’s war, with presidential advisor Jaresh Kushner attending. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said talks based on Geneva points could outline steps toward a “dignified end,” and named Rustem Umerov to lead the team. He cited Russian strikes—about 36 missiles and nearly 600 drones—that killed at least three. Vladimir Putin said the US plan could form agreements but warned Russia would seize more territory unless Kyiv withdraws.
