Las Vegas — Formula 1 stewards investigated Charles Leclerc after he stopped on track during Thursday’s second practice at Las Vegas Grand Prix and concluded he faced no penalty. Leclerc had topped FP1, then experienced a gearbox issue after late restart in FP2, pulled into an escape road and left his SF-25 while marshals tried to place the car in neutral. Stewards cited Article 26.5 and recorded that marshals initially believed the car unsafe; the driver attempted to assist before powering down.
