Paris, Ubisoft officially confirmed Tuesday that a strategic transaction with Tencent will close imminently, with Tencent providing €1.16 billion to acquire a 25% stake in new subsidiary Vantage Studios. The firm reported H1 results ahead of expectations after a brief reporting delay and trading halt tied to a revenue restatement.
