Joshua faces Paul in Miami on Netflix | JQJO

Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul on December 19 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, an eight-round bout streaming on Netflix and confirmed by MVP and Matchroom after Paul’s scrapped exhibition with Gervonta Davis. Joshua, 36, returns from elbow surgery after a fifth-round stoppage loss to Daniel Dubois, with promoter Eddie Hearn calling it a “run out fight.” Paul, 28, has 13 pro bouts with 12 wins and has never faced an active heavyweight; he beat Mike Tyson over eight two-minute rounds and Julio César Chávez Jr by unanimous decision in June. Analysis questions safety amid experience gaps.
