Lane Kiffin headlines volatile coaching carousel | JQJO

Lane Kiffin sits at the center of a frenzied coaching carousel, with Florida making him its top choice and LSU expected to pursue, even as Ole Miss readies to keep him amid improved relations and a possible late-season extension. The Rebels are 30-6 since his 2022 deal, and his family is settled in Oxford; there’s faint Tennessee Titans interest. Elsewhere, Penn State is vetting candidates including Bob Chesney, Will Stein, Brian Hartline, Pat Fitzgerald and Brian Daboll. Maryland’s Mike Locksley faces pressure to reach six wins. Virginia Tech eyes James Franklin; Holmon Wiggins draws Group of 5 interest.
