Funnel defenses shape key Week 11 matchups | JQJO

With Week 11 approaching, the column spotlights classic funnel spots. Jacksonville has become the NFL’s top pass funnel, inviting the pass heavy Chargers to attack a defense allowing 317 opponent air yards per game. Tennessee trends the same way, a favorable setup for Houston pass catchers as C.J. Stroud will miss a second straight game. On the ground, Buffalo’s missed tackles have built a run funnel the Bucs can exploit, while Chicago’s run first tilt meets a Minnesota defense that drags opponents under expectation, setting up volume for D’Andre Swift.
