Knicks bench core players in Magic loss | JQJO

In a 124-107 loss to the Magic, the Knicks benched core players Mikal Bridges and Josh Hart for most of the fourth quarter; Hart sat the entire period for a second straight game, and Bridges logged one minute, finishing with a season-low six points. Jalen Brunson turned his right ankle in garbage time, putting coach Mike Brown under scrutiny. The defeat ended a five-game winning streak. Mitchell Robinson collected five offensive rebounds, but the Knicks were outscored by 11 points in his 17 minutes, and New York next begins a home-and-away set against the Heat.
