Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. out Sunday due to appendicitis

The Arizona Cardinals will be without wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. for at least Sunday's game against the 49ers after surgery for appendicitis Monday night, coach Jonathan Gannon said, adding his timeline beyond that is uncertain. Linebacker Mack Wilson Sr. is also out with rib injuries; linebacker Baron Browning entered concussion protocol. Receiver Simi Fehoko went to injured reserve, as did Zay Jones with an Achilles injury. Five players exited Sunday's loss in Seattle and were ruled out, two others were questionable but did not return. Arizona shifted Wednesday's plan to a closed walk-through.
