YouTube TV is preparing a $20 credit for subscribers if negotiations with Disney over ESPN and other channels fail by Sunday, a person briefed on talks told The Athletic. Disney networks vanished Oct. 30 after the companies stalled over per-subscriber fees. YouTube TV says credits would be issued by Wednesday and has promised quick restoration within hours should a deal land, well ahead of Monday Night Football. With roughly 10 million customers, the service risks subscriber losses if ESPN programming stays dark during college sports seasons.
