Indiana survives Penn State with late touchdown | JQJO

No. 2 Indiana stayed perfect with a 27-24 win at Penn State, rescued by Omar Cooper Jr.’s toe-tap touchdown from Fernando Mendoza in the final minute after a blitz. The Hoosiers led 20-7 before the Nittany Lions scored 17 straight to grab a 24-20 edge. Indiana, now 10-0, earned its first win at Beaver Stadium and back-to-back 10-win seasons, remaining in great position for the Big Ten title and a top four playoff seed. Penn State, 3-6 after a sixth loss, remains winless in conference as its top-five skid reaches 15.
