With ABC, ESPN, FX and other networks dark on YouTube TV since October 30, another college football weekend may be unavailable to its 10 million subscribers. The memo says Disney offered lower overall costs, tailored packages, and market level terms, while accusing YouTube TV of seeking below market preferences. A YouTube TV spokesperson said negotiations are continuing and the distributor remains hopeful about reaching a deal.
