Frisco police said he was found early Thursday with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound after a late-night vehicle pursuit; he fled on foot following a crash and was located at 1:31 a.m. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death. His agent, Jonathan Perzley, mourned a beloved client. Drafted in the 2024 second round from Western Michigan, Kneeland played 11 games as a rookie and, on Monday, scored his first NFL touchdown. The Cowboys and NFL offered condolences and support.
