Dunn’s lawyers call the case vindictive and selective, citing a filmed home raid pushed by the White House, posts by Attorney General Pam Bondi and Pirro, and Trump’s pardons and dismissals in Jan. 6 cases. Prosecutors say the video shows an assault.
