France warned it could bar Shein from the French market after authorities said the platform listed sex dolls with a childlike appearance. The items were available on Shein’s French site until 4 a.m. Monday, BFMTV reported. Finance minister Roland Lescure called them illegal and said repeat offenses could prompt a ban. The anti-fraud office DGCCRF referred the case to prosecutors and the telecom regulator, noting heavy penalties under French law.
