Trump’s Foreign Policy Swings Test Allies | JQJO

Nine months into his term, President Trump’s foreign policy is a mix of headline wins and volatile turns. European defense spending is rising; he secured a fragile Gaza cease-fire and the release of 20 hostages. On Ukraine, he swung from contemplating Tomahawks to urging a cease-fire, then sanctioned Russian oil, leaving allies unsure as he departs for Asia.
