Isabelle Tate, an actor on ABC’s 9-1-1: Nashville, died Sunday at 23, her agency announced, without disclosing a cause. Tate played Julie in the Ryan Murphy spinoff’s pilot, which aired Oct. 9, 2025, and the role marked her first major step into acting, the Nashville-based McCray Agency said. It’s unclear whether she appears beyond the pilot. An obituary says the Nashville native and Middle Tennessee State University graduate loved visiting animal shelters and making music with friends. She is survived by her mother, stepfather, father and sister. A funeral is set for Oct. 24 in Brentwood, Tenn.
