The Sundance Film Festival unveiled first programming for its Jan. 22–Feb. 1, 2026 edition — the last in Park City before relocating to Boulder — and promised a festival-wide tribute to founder Robert Redford, who died last month at 89. Plans include a marquee fundraiser, gatherings in Park City and Salt Lake City, a commemorative screening of Downhill Racer, and the Park City Legacy program (Jan. 27–30) with restored favorites like Little Miss Sunshine, House Party, Half Nelson, American Dream, Mysterious Skin and Saw, plus artist talks at the Egyptian Theatre. Ticket packages go on sale Oct. 22.
