Police say human remains found in a shallow grave at an abandoned Philadelphia school are believed to be those of missing 23-year-old Kada Scott. The discovery came after an anonymous tip prompted a Saturday morning search in a heavily wooded area behind Ada H. Lewis Middle School. The medical examiner will confirm identity and cause of death. Investigators earlier recovered items believed to be Scott’s. Keon King, 21, has been charged with kidnapping in her disappearance.
