ABC’s General Hospital dominated the 52nd Daytime Emmys with seven wins, including outstanding drama series, as the ceremony unfolded at Pasadena’s Civic Auditorium hosted by Mario Lopez. Netflix’s Secret Lives of Orangutans earned three, highlighted by Sir David Attenborough becoming the oldest Daytime Emmy winner at 99. Apple TV+’s The Secret Lives of Animals also took three. The Drew Barrymore Show, Days of Our Lives and The Delicious Miss Brown were among multiple winners. ABC and Netflix led all outlets with nine trophies apiece, followed by CBS Media Ventures with six.
