Dozens of South Koreans alleged to be tied to online scams in Cambodia landed in Incheon on a chartered flight Saturday to face investigations, after a South Korean student reportedly forced to work at a Cambodian scam center was found dead. Cambodian officials said 64 were repatriated. Handcuffed and flanked by police, the returnees were led to waiting security vehicles. Seoul says most were detained in crackdowns and will be probed to determine coercion. South Korea imposed a travel ban on parts of Cambodia, as President Lee Jae Myung ordered a sweep of illegal job ads across Southeast Asia.
