Edman Lifts Dodgers to 3-0 NLCS Lead | JQJO

Tommy Edman’s tiebreaking single in the sixth lifted the Dodgers past the Brewers 3-1 in Los Angeles, pushing them to a 3-0 NLCS lead and within a win of becoming the first defending champion to reach the World Series since 2009. Shohei Ohtani tripled to spark an early run before Jake Bauers tied it. Tyler Glasnow struck out eight over 5 2/3 innings, and a wild pickoff by Abner Uribe added insurance. Hard-throwing rookie Jacob Misiorowski fanned nine. Roki Sasaki closed a four-hitter for his third save. Game 4 is Friday; only one MLB team has overcome 3-0.
