Logitech Bricking Pop Smart Switches October 15 | JQJO

Logitech is disabling its Pop smart home switches on October 15, rendering them useless. Launched in 2016 to control various smart devices, the Pop switches and their hub will lose all functionality. Customers were notified on September 29 and offered a 15% discount on some Logitech products as compensation. This discontinuation highlights the challenges smart home adopters face with long-term product support and the growing issue of electronic waste.
