A Texas mother has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing two of her four children. The 31-year-old woman faces two murder and two aggravated assault charges. The victims, aged 13 and 4, were shot inside a vehicle. The other two children, aged 8 and 9, are in stable condition. The mother called 911 herself after the incident and is being held on a $14 million bond.
