France is investigating the captain of an oil tanker, the Boracay, linked to Russia's "ghost fleet," after French Navy commandos boarded the vessel off Saint-Nazaire. The investigation follows drone incursions in Denmark last week, although no direct link has been confirmed. The ship, formerly the Pushpa and flying under Benin's flag, was near Denmark during the incidents. The captain is suspected of failing to obey orders when commandos requested to see registration. He is expected in court in February.
