The Peaky Blinders saga is expanding with two new six-part BBC and Netflix television sequel series, following the upcoming feature film. Creator Steven Knight will helm the new shows, which will focus on a new generation of the Shelby family in post-WWII Birmingham. Cillian Murphy is executive producing. The series will be filmed in Birmingham and promises a "brutal contest of mythical dimensions" as the city rebuilds. Details on casting and exact timing are yet to be announced.
