The San Francisco 49ers face the Los Angeles Rams tonight with significant offensive absences. Quarterback Brock Purdy (toe), receiver Jauan Jennings (ankle, rib), and receiver Rickey Pearsall (knee) are out. Mac Jones is set to start at quarterback.
