A Buddhist monk injured in a Sri Lankan cable car crash has died, bringing the total fatalities to eight. The accident occurred when a makeshift cabin carrying 13 monks plunged down a mountainside near a forest monastery. Seven monks, including three foreigners, were killed instantly.
