Millions of pounds of State Fair and Jimmy Dean sausage-on-a-stick products are being recalled due to potential wood contamination, with consumers reporting injuries. The affected products were produced between March 17 and recently and sold nationwide, including to schools and military facilities. Consumers are advised to discard or return the recalled items.
