Weakened Tropical Cyclone Ragasa moved westward across southern China towards Vietnam after causing significant damage and casualties. Over 10,000 trees were damaged in Yangjiang, and hundreds of thousands experienced power outages. Rescuers used boats to save stranded residents in Zhuhai. Vietnam prepared for heavy rainfall and potential flooding, while Hong Kong and Guangzhou gradually resumed normal activities after flight disruptions and tree damage. The death toll in Taiwan was revised to 14, primarily due to flooding in Hualien County, and the Philippines reported at least 11 deaths. Another tropical storm, Opong/Bualoi, is approaching the Philippines.
