A 37-year-old animal handler, Ryan Easley, was fatally attacked by a tiger during a show at Growler Pines Tiger Preserve in Oklahoma. The attack occurred inside a cage while onlookers watched. Easley's wife and daughter witnessed the incident. The preserve has canceled all tours. Animal rights groups cited the inherent dangers of using wild animals in performances.
