Award-winning songwriter Brett James, known for Carrie Underwood's "Jesus, Take the Wheel," was killed in a small plane crash in North Carolina. Three people were on board the Cirrus SR22T when it crashed in a field near Iotla Valley Elementary School on Thursday. Authorities confirmed no survivors.
