Ukrainian President Zelenskyy announced that Ukrainian interceptor drones successfully shot down 150 out of 810 Russian drones launched in a single night. This represents nearly a fifth of the attack, primarily targeting Shahed loitering munitions. While acknowledging the need for further air defense strengthening, Zelenskyy highlighted the interceptor drones' effectiveness as a cost-effective solution against the increasing number of Russian drone attacks. Despite the success, around 56 drones breached defenses, resulting in casualties including an infant.
