'Quietest school in America' in one of the country's most remote areas finally gets Wi-Fi

Green Bank Elementary-Middle School in West Virginia, located in a radio quiet zone for over 50 years, finally has Wi-Fi. Its proximity to a major radio telescope previously prevented internet access due to signal interference. After years of discussion, a compromise was reached allowing limited 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, giving the 100 students equal educational opportunities. This decision is celebrated by school officials and West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore Capito, who sees it as a boost to education and future exploration.
