Houthis storm UN building in Yemen’s Sanaa, officials say, as Netanyahu vows to continue striking the rebel group

Houthi rebels in Yemen stormed the UN World Food Programme's headquarters in Sanaa. This occurred after Israel killed the Houthi prime minister, Ahmed al-Rahawi, in a strike. A WFP staff member was detained, and there are reports of other detentions. The UN condemned the actions, while Israel vowed further strikes against the Houthis, who have retaliated against Israel for its actions in Gaza. Yemen remains divided between the Houthi-controlled north and a rival government in the south, a conflict ongoing since 2014.
