Israeli airstrike kills Houthi prime minister in Yemen, rebels say

An Israeli airstrike in Sana'a, Yemen killed Houthi Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi and other officials. The Houthis vowed revenge and warned foreign companies to leave Israel. The strike, during a government workshop, happened while a Houthi leader addressed Gaza developments. The Israeli military claimed to have targeted a military site. The killing is considered a serious setback for the Houthis, marking an escalation in the conflict, with Israel shifting from infrastructure strikes to targeting leaders. This follows recent Houthi missile attacks on Israel and disruptions to Red Sea shipping.
