Google's Phone app now lets you personalize incoming call screens with "Calling Cards," similar to Apple's Contact Posters. Users can choose custom images and text styles for each contact. This rollout, part of Android's Material 3 design, is happening gradually. A new "Take a message" feature also transcribes voicemails automatically for Pixel 4 and newer phones, and Pixel Watch 2 paired with Pixel 6 or later. Custom greetings are available for voicemails, with transcripts and audio stored privately on the device.
